Nothing to be liked.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I wish I could have given negative star. This hotel could never be fit for family stay. Me and my husband had to stay here for 3 nights. I had to suffer for each and every tiny things. TV was not working as recharge expired, I complained but they didn't recharge it. Breakfast was included in the booking, but didn't provide. When I called OYO customer, he simply weaseled out from responsibility and refused to refund. They just took all charges for 3 nights at the time of check in. Staff is too lazy, they provided bread and tea in more than 1 hr after calling him repeatedly. It was my fault that I booked an OYO hotel. Spending 3 nights in this hotel, I came to realise that OYO hotel could never be fit for family stay.I'll never recommend even my enemies to stay in this hotel with their families.
Poor staff
There were hardly any staffing, we asked them for glasses to drink water, they said we only have 3 glasses. No masks, the be sheets were stained, AC didn’t work, dirty washrooms Staff wasn’t courteous at all.On an instance they said, “Dekhlo apna hisab, yaha itna hi milega.
